How we handle the details

Our process starts with a brief account of your goal, timeframe and preferred way to communicate. From there, we identify information already available, questions that remain unanswered and people who need to participate. Before a viewing, for example, we can collect questions about building charges, access or property condition so the appointment has a purpose. Afterward, we distinguish what was observed from what still needs documentary confirmation. Discretion shapes that process: we discuss how inquiries and appointments should be handled rather than assuming every client wants broad exposure. We also set limits plainly. A market valuation is not a certified appraisal, and we do not replace lawyers, engineers, lenders or the parties responsible for approvals and contracts. Availability, transaction timing and final terms depend on owners, applicants, institutions and market conditions. We aim to make those dependencies visible so you can make a considered decision.
